Complimentary umbrella ... anyone?

Before I moved to Oregon I diligently watched the weather channel to see if it rained as much as I heard it did.

What I found was that nearly every day weather.com indicated rain, rain and clouds, clouds and rain.

I was discouraged by this.


But after moving I haven't found it to be nearly as rainy as weather.com indicated. In fact this morning the internet predicted yet another cloudy day with a chance of rain, however the skies are clear and the complimentary umbrella stands are going unused.
