Today we finished up the St. Edward's confirmation retreat in Newport, OR.
What a good group of young people. Only 16 youth and 3 adults.
Considerably smaller than what I am used to at St. James.
Some aspects of working with a smaller group I enjoyed,
and some aspects of not having a large group of 60 I missed.
But overall a wonderful retreat.
My favorite part was the sunset service on the beach with a nice roaring fire to keep away the evening chill.
