Last Day.

Today is my last day at Habitat for Humanity Mid Willamette Valley.
I am not sure how I feel about this.

I resigned for good reasons.
I feel at peace about my decision,
but I just wish things would have been different here.
I wish politics had not gotten in the way of the mission.
Maybe my wish should have been for me to be better at politics.
But...
I am not good at politics.
I am not good at playing games.
And ultimately it felt like trying to do such was killing my spirit.

So in about 6 hours I will walk out on this chapter of my life and once again be soul searching.
